      USER INTERFACES - Created many web-based, 
desktop and client-server interfaces, including an 
unusual interface for a middleware client to provide 
their customers the ability to create semi-custom

      CUSTOMER and PRODUCT SUPPORT - Designed and 
wrote workflow and contact management.  At call 
center with 300 calls per hour, problems were matched
to technicians’ skills and distributed. Included 
interface that displayed similar problems, previous
contact with caller, time on each call. Real-time 
supervisory tracking.
      HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT- Conducted technical 
interviews of IT candidates; employed own staff.

1989-1997

      Prepackaged shrinkwrapped software was created 
and sold: 250,000 units@$129ea.  Products included 
software, text content, manuals and workbooks. 
"Success, Inc," the Powerful Business Plan writer, 
established shelf space and began a genre of 
interactive planning software.  All code was written 
by me in C. All products were tested and certified by
Microsoft for DOS, Windows 3.1, 95 and 98.

1984-1989
TQ SYSTEMS,

      Created, installed and supported a turnkey 
system to automate questionnaires. Networked 
microcomputers performed real-time touchscreen 
presentations.  All original concept and code.
